- Scope
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all registrations and participation in Fast Lane / ITLS “Certification Weeks” training programs, delivered virtually or onsite. Certification Weeks are designed to prepare participants for Microsoft certifications and related training outcomes.
- Organiser
The contracting party is ITLS Information Technology Learning Solutions, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“ITLS UAE”), with delivery supported by Fast Lane and ITLS affiliates worldwide where necessary.
- Registration
- Registration is mandatory.
- ITLS UAE may accept, waitlist, or decline registrations to manage capacity or eligibility.
- Certain programs may restrict participation to specific audiences (e.g., Microsoft partners, regions, or roles).
- Participation
- Participants agree to attend the sessions for which they are registered.
- ITLS UAE may track attendance to confirm participation and provide certificates of attendance where applicable.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling
- ITLS UAE may reschedule or cancel sessions due to operational requirements.
- Participants may cancel by using the registration confirmation link or contacting support.
- Certification Exams & Vouchers
- Where offered, exam vouchers or practice labs are subject to issuer terms and availability.
- ITLS UAE is not responsible for exam scheduling, platform issues, or outcomes.
- Intellectual Property
- All training content, materials, and recordings remain the property of ITLS/Fast Lane or licensors.
- Materials are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used commercially without written consent.
- Liability
- ITLS UAE is liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health under mandatory law.
- No liability for indirect damages, data loss, or consequential damages unless required by law.
- Data Protection
Data processing is explained in the CertWeeks Privacy Policy.
By registering, participants acknowledge that their data may be shared with Microsoft and, where applicable, with their employer for training verification and reporting, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
10. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
